When We Arrive…

Typically, we like to call or text our customers 20-30 minutes before our arrival to ensure our customers are ready for our arrival. Once we arrive our team will assess the task at hand and ensure the price goes along with any prior pricing given. Some of the factors we look at are the sheer volume of items, the weight and whether or not there are hazardous items as well as the overall work needed to get the job done. Some items (i.e. pianos, hide-a-beds, concrete…) carry their own prices while others can be bunched in with bulk loads. Most times we try to get pictures or a video of the items needing taken away. It helps to understand the scope of the job and provide an affordable junk removal price which starts at $100.

What We Expect From You

Over the years our customers have been fantastic. Some try to help load and others generate a pile in the driveway. Just so everyone is aware, we’ll grab it from wherever it lies. It is so appreciated when a customer organizes everything in a nice pile while other times based on how we’d like to load our truck with said items, it may end up making it a smidge tougher. If you have larger items as well as mixed smaller items, we often see customers stack everything on top of the larger items. It may seem like common sense to do so but it ends up making things go a bit slower and ends up making the load stack awkwardly. We suggest 2 piles for items & another for chemicals/cleaners/oils/bulbs. Please don’t bag up household hazardous waste with normal junk or trash. Larger items in one pile and smaller items in another. It just allows us to choose which items we load first for space and efficacy.

What You Can Expect From Us

First step in our mind is the initial communication. Promptness and professionalism every step of the way. A quick and smooth transaction is what we always aim for. If you call and we don’t answer initially, it’s likely due to us in the process of loading another customer’s job. But we always call or text back. Sometimes text is best. I tell everyone that we like to make everything simple. With online tools, we make booking an appointment easy and we will confirm those appointments by call or text. We prefer our customers to just show us to the work and to relax and watch us handle it quick, safely & affordably. When customers tell us, “Wow, that was quick”. It makes us happy we can impress and get the work done in a timely manner.

Type Payment We Accept

When we are done with the job, we like to still keep it simple. Today’s technology makes it easy to pay or be paid. They always say cash is king, not sure if that applies today still but we do accept cash, card, venmo & cash app upon completion. In very few cases, some larger jobs may require a percentage up front and the remainder upon completion.
